The model HBS-3000 digital Brinell hardness tester is organic whole of optical, mechanical and electrical hardness testing instrument, with exact mechanical structure, micro-computer control whole loading and unloading closed loop system. It serves to measure Brinell hardness of ferrous, non-ferrous metals.
It adopts big LCD. Through screen to elect data that you need and measure Brinell hardness.
Through measuring microscope measure indentation diameter directly and gaineding testing result and choosing hardness conversion value. Minimum resolving power is 0.00125mm. Magnification is 20X.
Lighting light source: annular outer lighting cold light source. Verge of indentation is clear, measure accurately.
Suit different customer¡¯s requirement. Circuit adopts R232 to link. Testing data putted into computer to deposited by RS-232.
